the bed and pillows offered adequate comfort.

I encountered issues . I booked a room but received a smaller one initially. the customer service was disappointing as the receptionist seemed to try and give me an inferior room hoping i would not complain. There was even a note about it.

the staff were always smiling and ready to help i noticed the hotel offers bike rentals which seemed handy for exploring the area my room had a lovely canal view i spent some time just watching the boats go by the location was superb for getting around town. the room was very clean i loved the big windows.

the elevator was a bit slow sometimes i just took the stairs it really wasn't a big deal

the hotel features complimentary wi-fi throughout i also saw a small business center with a printer available it seemed well kept and quite useful for quick tasks or printing documents. there is luggage storage available near the lobby too

breakfast includes a variety of breads cheeses cold cuts and pastries there were also hot items such as scrambled eggs and bacon the dining area is bright and overlooks a small garden making for a pleasant morning atmosphere.

the front desk operates 24/7 which gave me peace of mind knowing someone was always available i saw the staff assist several guests with directions and recommendations showing genuine care and knowledge of the area they always smiled
